Cancellation policy

  • For delivery:

    Cancellation after placing an Order: – All sales are final return or replacement will be issued only if the product is damaged or incorrect that too with the unpacking video without cuts or pause within 24 hours of the delivery as stamped by Courier Partner. No dispute request will be entertained after expiry of 24 hours.

    For Order Dispute and Refund request, Customer needs to send an email to info@bodhikrystals.com stating the reason for dispute along with the unpacking video without Cuts & Pauses. Store Products are delivered within 15 Business days within India, from the date of submission of input details.

    Cancellation after delivery of Order:

    After receipt of the product on delivery, and if there is any manufacturing defect or shipment damage in the product, then the customer can request for replacement of the product within 24 hours of receipt of the product with the unboxing video without which no claim will be accepted. No replacement request will be entertained after expiry of 24 hours.
    For product replacement, Customer needs to send an email to info@bodhikrystals.com along with the pictures of the defect or damage and the mandatory unboxing video.

    Dispute after delivery of Order:

    After receipt of the product on delivery, and if there is any manufacturing defect or shipment damage in the product or any claims for quantity, then the Customer can request for replacement or raise the dispute for quantity of the product within 24 hours of receipt of the product with the unboxing video without which no claim will be accepted. No replacement or dispute request will be entertained after expiry of 24 hours.
    For product replacement, Customer needs to send an email to info@bodhikrystals.com along with the pictures of the defect or damage and the mandatory unboxing video.

    In case you wish to change your product, you may contact our Customer Support before we ship the product. Customer Support will let you know of the feasibility and additional costs, if any. All returns/upgrades are at the sole discretion and case to case decision of the Management.

    Points to be noted for claiming returns:

    Case to be highlighted within 24 hours of receiving the return product

    Proper unpacking video of the product to be shared while raising the case

    Each case would be resolved within 30 days

    The shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Delivery and package opening guidelines:

    Dear customers please open the parcel carefully.

    Please make a video while opening the parcel.

    If there is a damage or missing item please send the video within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered. Without the video no claim request will be entertained.

    Please note: The video should be uncut and should not have pauses in between in order for us to verify the authenticity of the video.

    Arbitration, injunctive relief.

    Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the Indian Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the Indian Law, and judgement on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
    Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Vadodara in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India and venue in Vadodara for any such proceeding.

    GENERAL PROVISIONS::

    These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any choice of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law, and the remainder of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, as applicable, will continue in full force and effect. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by BodhiKrystals. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
